** Please note that our pricing applies exclusively to front-of-house services. Servicing the sides and back of the property will incur additional charges due to the extra time and resources required. We strive to ensure transparency and are happy to provide detailed estimates upon request.
*** Our Premium service includes the tending of palms and hedges that do not necessitate the use of ladders or poles for maintenance. Should your greenery require specialized equipment for access and care, additional charges will be applicable. Our commitment is to transparency and excellence in all services rendered, and we are pleased to provide a detailed estimate to ensure clarity and confidence in your selection of our services.
Transparent Pricing: Our lawn care packages start at the price shown above. For fenced-in yards and corner lots, there is a small additional charge due to the extra time required for servicing these homes. Rest assured, we always strive to provide the best value for our customers.
Convenient Monthly Pricing: To make things easier for you, our monthly prices are pro-rated on a 12-month basis. This inclusive package covers weekly mowing during the Spring/Summer months and bi-weekly mowing for the Fall/Winter months, all at the same fixed monthly rate.
Flexibility and Reliability: We operate on a Rolling Service Schedule during the Spring/Summer months, providing services Monday to Friday. In certain situations like weather, traffic, or staffing, we might roll the service to the following Monday or Tuesday of the next week. Our aim is to remain flexible yet reliable, ensuring your lawn always receives the attention it deserves.
Comprehensive Maintenance Package: Our monthly service is designed as a comprehensive maintenance package, covering regular mowing and essential upkeep tasks. For specific items such as overgrown lawns, excessive debris in palm trees, tree canopy raising, and others requiring ladder work, we offer one-time cleanup quotes. Once completed, we can include maintenance for these items too. Landscaping might also need occasional cutbacks, pruning, or bed clean-outs; simply request a quote for these specialized services.
